Bug Description

Screen dims automatically even when locking is disabled and brightness set on max.

Lock when idle = Never
Brightness = 100% (manual, not auto)

And still the screen dims if I haven't touched it in a minute or so.

This bug was reported in bug 1437510 and bug 1476372 both marked as fixed. But as far as I know this still happens on all Ubuntu Touch versions. And today verified on:

$ system-image-cli -i
current build number: 31
device name: krillin
channel: ubuntu-touch/stable/bq-aquaris.en
last update: 2016-04-13 16:28:56
version version: 31
version ubuntu: 20160401.1
version tag: OTA-10
version device: 20160329-a9bacdb
version custom: 20160324--36-54-vivid

I tried to reproduce this on a krilin with 10.1 (which should be the same) and could not, the screen stayed at max brightness after 10+ mins Is adjust brightness set to manual or auto?

Unusual things about my phones you might want to try:

Language = English (Australia)
Apps = none installed, just a fresh image
Brightness = 100% (manual, not auto)
Lock the screen = Never
SIM = none installed

Leave it on System Settings and the screen dims in seemingly less than a minute.

The attached changes to the qml file fixes this issue, as well as bug #1494514 and bug #1367294 (which introduces a small string change)
