Bug Description

It would be helpful if PHP sources would be upgraded to 7.0.5, or at least the fix for bug #71695 included (http://git.php.net/?p=php-src.git;a=blobdiff;f=Zend/zend_hash.c;h=1ffaff0361e9719dcc449677c5f90d7e561fa72d;hp=11034fe0288e9ff78261acb755be8f43f9decdcd;hb=186844be92d26a74ce61bd71d14053ae5be42602;hpb=9fc0517328a248825703bef90d631ec687fb0d58), which is a regression fix.

Thank you for filing this bug report! I will work on either filing an SRU for php7.0 dotreleases before 16.04 releases, or will backport the fix in question.

I went ahead and backported the patch to our 7.0.4 version while in parallel filing a SRU microrelease exception.
