Bug Description
This was easily fixed via an apt-get -f install, and there was no mention of libgcrypt20, so I don' t think it' s a dupe of but 1560797.

This is very similar to bug 1560797, but this time not for libgcrypt:i386 but for libudev1:i386:
De-configuring libudev1:i386 (204-5ubuntu20.19) ... 229-4ubuntu4_ i386.deb ...
Unpacking libudev1:amd64 (229-4ubuntu4) over (204-5ubuntu20.19) ...

Unpacking libudev1:i386 (229-4ubuntu4) over (204-5ubuntu20.19) ....
[...]
dpkg: dependency problems prevent configuration of util-linux:
util-linux depends on libudev1 (>= 183); however:
Package libudev1:amd64 is not configured yet.
