stress-ng: af-alg should retry in case crypto modules take time to load

the af-alg stressor is reporting the following errors because error EAFNOSUPPORT occurs if we have multiple stressors forcing udev to load the crypto modules.

A workaround is to add a retry spin on the open to wait for the modules to load.
