Add option to move Launcher to the bottom

At Ubuntu 16.04 Xenial Xerus, we have an option to move the Unity Launcher to the bottom, accessible via gsettings / Dconf Editor.

We have to change:

    com > canonical > unity > launcher > launcher-position

from `Left` to `Bottom`.

Thanks for the bug report. We have included this setting in our tool and it should be available from our PPA already. Currently, we are working towards getting it synced into Ubuntu repository.

This was added in commit 40a3eb0 (https://github.com/freyja-dev/unity-tweak-tool/commit/40a3eb077c3b81dada7bdca2e45ef80db581eadb) and will be released with 0.7 in time for 16.04's release.

Isn't this already in the ppa? This has been added about a week ago if I
remember correctly.

Indeed, I've installed the version from Xenial beta 2. Now I've installed the one from PPA (0.7) and this option is available and working.

This issue/feature-request can be closed.
