Bug Description

The 15.5-1 version of this package has binaries for powerpc and s390x, but these binaries are broken (testing was disabled due to a missing build dependency). This is preventing migration of a newer version of this package (15.5-3) from proposed.

This also happened in Debian, and has now been resolved:
