Bug Description
Whether we are deleting a single user or via bulk delete we get the error:
PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function artefact_
This is probably due to not including all plugins on all pages anymore

Ok to test this:
1) Have a fresh site, where no pages a copied to an new user
2) Upload some users via csv file
3) As admin, try deleting them.
