Bug Description

apport isn't reading GNOME proxy settings

Hi,

When I am in a network that requires proxy settings to access
outside (ports 80 and 443), when apport is launched, after the colection progress bar fills it displays this message at dialog "Network problem":

English Language:
Could not upload report data to crash database
<urlopen error (111, 'Connection refused')>

Brazilian Portuguese Language:
Não foi possível enviar dados do relatório para o banco de dados de travamentos
<urlopen error (111, 'Conex\xc3\xa3o recusada')>

Apparently, apport isn't reading GNOME proxy settings.

I can confirm the bug. I think it is related to apport, which is even ignores http_proxy environment variable.
