Bug Description
Binary package hint: xchat-gnome
Using the text entry box, right-click->Insert Color Code-> and selecting a color, xchat-gnome outputs "%C<color number>" instead of "^C<color number>"
A user is thus unable to use colors in their outgoing text.
This appears to be an upstream bug, but I cannot find reference to it in upstream's bugzilla. It does not appear to be fixed in upstream SVN.
