Bug Description

STEPS:
1. Install the latest rc-proposed image
2. Move to the apps scope
3. Open the store
4. Search for uTorch
5. Open the preview
6. Go out of the preview
7. Go into preview again

EXPECTED:
I expect the images to be almost instantly there cached from looking at the preview the first time

ACTUAL:

As discussed: this is probably as easy as mangling the image urls to use image://thumbnailer/ either for all non-image:// ones or at least for a whitelist of {http, https, file, ftp} ones.

Enabling caching for these images (which is disabled by default in this instance) makes the images load faster, but doesn't solve the problem of the images reloading on actions. Continuing to investigate.
