Win32 Disk Imager utility does not launch after install

After installation and upon opening of the application, I receive the following error:

Unable to execute file:
C:\Program Files (x86)\ImageWriter\Win32DiskImager.exe

CreateProcess failed; code 740.
The requested operation requires elevation.

Like the error msg says, the program needs administrative privileges to run. Either be an administator when you run it, run "Run as Administrator".

Got it. Makes sense now, but have have heard that terminology before
for a privilege related error.
