details section icons (localised/documented/...) not changing

Seing screenshot from upstream it seems they should be colored when e.g an application is translated? They seems to not do that on Ubuntu, if they don't have backend support maybe we should hide those not implemented? (also what does release activity/system integration mean exactly?)

They're not implemented because they are a non-standard extension to the AppStream spec, and their definition - at least in the past - was very fuzzy and their use case questionable.
The new implementation is nicer, so there are chances that it will be included in future (but that requires time and spec-work, so I can't give an ETA when this will be accepted & implemented).

Release-activity means that the software had "recent" releases (not sure what recent means): This requires apps to have a metainfo file.
System integration means that the software integrates well with GNOME, e.g. ships with a search provider for GNOME Shell, uses GTK+3, uses header bars & GMenu.

I think the best option is to just hide this for Ubuntu. We can fix it in the future if necessary.
