stress-ng: aio stressor is returning a failure if we get a timeout before we've started the test

Under a highly loaded system we sometimes get aio I/O requests not all issued and then the timeout occurs. The issuing helper reports this as a fatal error; it is in fact just a timeout and should be not marked as fatal.
