Bug Description
Hi Kendek!
I use Systemback on Debian Testing systems with 2 users, one user is for regular work and the other is a 'dummy' user is to make clean bootable ISO's with custom settings. In /home there are as expected, 2 user folders. If I use Systemback without copying the user data everything works perfectly however if I have systemback set to copy user data it not only copies the data from the 'dummy' user I'm logged in as, it also copies the complete folder of the other user from /home . In my opinion Systemback should only copy the data of the user that is logged in and anything specified as an 'Include'.
Is it intended to work this way, or is this a bug?
Other than that I couldn't be happier with Systemback, it works so well and is very reliable, even on Debian Testing. Thanks again for all your great work! :).
This is the normal operation, the settings apply to all users. If you do not want to use the second user on the Live, just rename the user dir (with root permissions) before start to create the Live image. Example:
mv /home/joe /home/joe_
start the Systemback
stop the Systemback
mv /home/joe_ /home/joe
