Bug Description

php-guzzle has been deprecated upstream and went EOL in 2015. Ubuntu already carries the successor to php-guzzle in php-guzzlehttp. Two reverse-dependencies exist on php-guzzle which need updating, filed as Bug # 1543803 and Bug # 1543807.

Package depends on php5-common, php5-curl; is incompatible with php 7; and is obsolete upstream. OK to remove, even though php-opencloud still depends on it (bug #1543807 should be addressed one way or another).
