Bug Description
When you're picking the layout for your page, we show a series of thumbnails of the layouts, each with a radio button next to it. In addition to being able to click on the radio button, the thumbnails themselves are clickable. (As of Mahara 15.04 and earlier, anyway.)
However, I've just noticed that in 16.04dev and 15.10, the thumbnails are no longer clickable. This is probably a regression from the bootstrapping.
