default virtual disk size (8 GB) is too small to install Ubuntu Xenial

Bug Description

By default testdrive creates an 8 GB virtual disk. The minimum free disk space that the Xenial installer accepts is 8.6 GB. As a result Xenial daily will not install inside a testdrive instance.
