Bug Description

In Ubuntu 16.04 (Xenial), Ubuntu Bold font (Ubuntu-B.ttf) has a cyrillic symbol 'п' (pe) looking exactly like greek symbol pi. This is a serious eyesore because Ubuntu Bold is the default font for different headers and system messages.

See attached screenshot where the difference between Medium and Bold is shown.

Installed version of ttf-ubuntu-font-family: 0.84~mono0.83+arabicfontconfig-0ubuntu1

I've seen this as well only starting with Xenial. Due to other Cyrillic bugs, I wasn't using Ubuntu fonts as my default font family in Wily, so maybe I missed this change and it was there as well, but this is definitely broken in "Ubuntu Sans Bold" in Xenial.

I don't see the problem in any other Ubuntu font (Mono, Condensed or Sans).
