Please integrate this package into Ubuntu 16.04. This is a prerequisite for e.g. Tivoli Storage Manager..

Appear to be non-free.

These files are simply copyright IBM, without any license, e.g. unlike all other files that mention Common Public License v1.0.

Please clarify licensing of the above files.

watch file -> the tarball is behind a captive portal. Added a watch file which will at least detect announcements of the new tarball, but will not automatically be able to download it.

doc-base -> i don't believe in doc-base, but added it anyway.
