AMD64 gusty openoffice freezes up and overheats computer when several selections are made

Upon selection of rightclick > Page, or insert>special character in word processor, or using any options in open office presentor will cause a freeze up and overheating on an AMD64 system. I have to switch bad to windows to write anything which is annoying.

Hi,

   can you reproduce this error with the Human desktop theme ?

   Open Office 2.3.0 has a known problem with some themes

Nope, I was using a custom theme and I guess that was the problem. I
guess you can refile this problem under themes. Please let me know
when I can use custom again I dislike the look of the human theme.

This is very probably the same as bug #131526

This should be solved with openoffice 2.3.1
