Hello Peter,It seems to have been a temporary problem.
I was accessing: http://www.ubuntu.com/ -> https://design.ubuntu.com/?_ga=1.233490204.324382301.1450723285 -> https://design.ubuntu.com/brand/colour-palette
I retraced the route and the page is operating normally now.
