juju's MAAS bridge script is echoed to the console by cloud-init during bootstrap

Since we moved to using Python for creating the bridged in /etc/network/interfaces the bridge script in its entirety is echoed as part of the cloud-init process. We took a different approach on the maas-spaces branch and there the script is not echoed at all; we should now take the same approach for 1.25.
