I can configure proxy with export http_proxy="http://

This is indeed true and more true with the move to snapd. In order to create a proxy config you need to do something like: system/ snapd.service. d/ system/ snapd.service. d/proxy. conf http_proxy= $http_proxy https_proxy= $http_proxy
```
sudo mkdir -p /etc/systemd/
sudo cat <<EOF | sudo tee -a /etc/systemd/
[Service]
Environment=
Environment=
EOF
sudo systemctl daemon-reload
```
