ultrastar-ng loads files from incorrect path

the files in the directory seem to be correct

Hi.
With Ubuntu 7.10 and ultrastarng 1.3, it fail.
Try:
ultrastarng /usr/share/games/ultrastar-ng/songs

If not open files:
chmod ga+rx -R /usr/share/games/ultrastar-ng/songs

Solutions does not help.

what worked for one guy
~/.ultrastar/songs

what i wrote
i have installed ultrastar-ng and performous and tryd making that folder and puting songs there and its not working.
i tryd in all variations with .ultrastar and .performous and first big letter and .UltraStar-NG and in that folder songs and Songs and none worked.
also with sudo made /usr/local/share/games/ultrastar/songs and also tryd there variations. None works.

But witout /local/
usr/share/games/ultrastar/songs
helped show songs in permormous
but not in ultrastar-ng not even in folder usr/share/games/ultrastar-ng/songs
