Bug Description
Right now the availability of a touch screen enables touch-friendly text handlers. The handlers should only show up if touch was actually used to start a selection.

This change is actually incorrect, the touch friendly handles should be shown when a touchscreen is used (irrespective of the input method used to select the text)
