Ubuntu 15.10

Bluetooth can't be enabled.
It was working fine until I "hibernate" the laptop using the terminal. I was on ubuntu 15.04 and my laptop is an:
Acer Aspire V 17 Nitro
Core i7
Nvidia GTX 860M.
I've ended the upgrade to 15.10 thus mirning hoping that the problem would be solved but the bluetooth can't still be enabled

The firmware is also in the xenial linux-firmware package, version 1.153 http://packages.ubuntu.com/xenial/linux-firmware
