Nautilus is matched to nautilus-folder-handler.desktop when firstly opened from trash/devices

Bug Description

From a terminal do:
 nautilus -q

Now from unity launcher open the Trash.

Expected:
 - Nautilus window is matched with main nautilus desktop file (the one with red background, that is sticky by default)

Actual:
 - Nautilus window is matched with nautilus-folder-handler.desktop (the one with orange background)
