LateNight Skin: Allow to drag divider between left side menu and cover

Brief search didn't bring up any existing bug for this feature request.

Request: Allow users to drag divider of left side menu between categories and album cover up and down.

- dragging up should be limited, so that category items remain usable
- dragging down should not be limited. the further down the divider is pulled, the smaller the cover gets (since it's a square picture) and if the user drags the divider down to the very bottom, mixxx should hide the cover completely and offer the entire left space for category view.

Deere skin allows to resize the cover widget vertical, we can just copy the code.
