Reproduce:
1. Flight mode ON
2. Open System Settings -> System Updates
What happens:
I see “Connect to the Internet to check for u…”
What should have happened:
I should see “Connect to the Internet to check for updates.”
I.e. we should not use a listelement in place of a label here.
