Bug Description

$ system-image-cli -i
current build number: 278
device name: mako
channel: ubuntu-touch/rc-proposed/ubuntu
last update: 2015-11-03 15:00:17
version version: 278
version ubuntu: 20151103
version device: 20150911
version custom: 20151103

Reproduce:
1. Flight mode ON
2. Open System Settings -> System Updates

What happens:
I see “Connect to the Internet to check for u…”

What should have happened:
I should see “Connect to the Internet to check for updates.”

I.e. we should not use a listelement in place of a label here.
