mythmusic should depend on cdrecord

Bug Description

Binary package hint: mythtv

If cdrecord is not installed, MythMusic won't be able to create MP3 disks. Instead, you get: "Failed to run 'cdrecord --scanbus'" in the logs.

mythplugins (0.20.2+fixes15096-0ubuntu1) hardy; urgency=low

  * New upstream version.
  * debian/control:
    - Add cdrecord to mythmusic recommends (LP: #151225)
    - Build depend on libfaad2-dev or libfaad-dev.
  * Update 07_mythweather_weather_com.dpatch for mythweb
    and mythweather support.
  * Add 09_mythflix_html.dpatch for mythflix errors causing
    html rather than netflix info. (LP: #174187)
  * Add 10_mythmusic_faad.dpatch for mythmusic related
    FTBFS on the new faad.
