Can't navigate properly using Hauppauge PVR 250 remote

Unless this was fixed in 0.15-0ubuntu1, here's the problem:

I'm using this remote: http://www.hauppauge.pl/images/pvr-250_w_remote_small.jpg

In the middle, you can see Vol-, Vol+, Ch+ and Ch-. These are mapped to [,],PgUP and PgDown which might be correct for other rmotes. In this case however, i'd like to use those keys for navigation, eg with Left, Right, Up, Down. They keys I'm talking about are centered around the OK button so they're perfect for navigation.
