shutter does not start in ubuntu 15.10

shutter does not start in ubuntu 15.10 and the console say:

defined(@array) is deprecated at /usr/bin/shutter line 3727.
 (Maybe you should just omit the defined()?)

Try to put https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/1507406/shutter into /usr/bin, make it executable and run it. Does the error still appear?

For me the GUI hangs (see attached image).

I've tried your version of shutter Photon but I get this error when starting:
Failed to open file '/home/share/shutter/resources/icons/sel_window_section.svg': No such file or directory at /usr/share/perl5/Shutter/App/Menu.pm line 501, <DATA> line 19.
