Quanta translation is missing or broken in language-pack-kde-fr, and kdei18n-fr

I post a bug about this in quanta where they told me it was already fixed for them, and that I should report it here, and/or at ubuntu packages

The problem is that due a bug in our Launchpad export code, Quanta .po files were broken, and thus, not included in Feisty's language packs. That problem is now gone so we need to refresh base language packs to get those files included.

Btw, this affects all language packs, not just the French one.

And this affect also kdevelop. I had to do the same workaround to get kdevelop in French as the one I did for quanta. When will the bas language packs be refreshed?
