DVD autoplay fails to match VIDEO_TS

Bug Description

Binary package hint: thunar-volman

When thunar volume management is enabled, and DVD video play is enabled, it fails to recognize the VIDEO_TS directory.
Video application is not launched.
It looks for video_ts (lowercase), only.

This bug is submitted to XFCE and is fixed with the second patch attached to the bug.

  * debian/patches/03_fix-dvd-autoplay.patch: Properly ignore case looking
    for VCD, VIDEO_TS and DCIM folders (patch from upstream svn, r3318).
