Thanks for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. We appreciate the difficulties you are facing, but this appears to be a "regular" (non-security) bug. I have unmarked it as a security issue since this bug does not show evidence of allowing attackers to cross privilege boundaries nor directly cause loss of data/privacy. Please feel free to report any other bugs you may find.

Seth,
I have an HP Laserjet 1018 that refuses to load the driver on my server, it
just doesn't work, and I know Ubuntu doesn't support this printer, but I
was wondering if there is a patch or something to get this printer to work.
Please help if you can.
Thanks

Seth,
One more thing about this Ubuntu 15.04 OS, it freezes up if I leave it on
for a few hours and come back to it, nothing works, nothing connects.
Wouldn't you say that was a bug problem that should be corrected?
I have no idea why it happens, it just freezes, or will not connect to a
previous internet page, or refresh a present page.
Please let me know, this is a Lenovo server ts440 and I can't keep
restarting everytime, it won't work or freezes if I do nothing, because
restarting is the only thing I can do to clear all the problems.
