Bug Description
I just used the latest SDK on vivid, and I created a template scope using "Unity scope (current)". It ran fine on Desktop. However, when I tried to deploy my scope onto my phone, it complained:

This problem happens to the "QtQuick App with QML UI (qmake)" template as well.
To reproduce the problem. you may remove the .user file in the project, then re-import it and let the QtC configure for armhf. The problem will appear.
