/var/log/upstart is not incuded into logrotation by log size

After applying patch for https://bugs.launchpad.net/fuel/+bug/1450039 all logs into /var/log/upstart still not rotated by size and can get all free space on HDD on node. After free space is off some services went down (ceph monitors for example)

We need to include /var/log/upstart folder into /etc/logrotate.d/fuel.nodaily config

Workaround:

- open file /etc/logrotate.d/fuel.nodaily for edit
- after line
"/var/log/user.log"
- add line

"/var/log/upstart/*.log"

- save file.

I'm not sure about fixing this one – it requires quite a few backports[1] from master to our Puppet modules, and cherry-pick doesn't apply clearly. Vitaly, let me know if we need it – I'll work on this then.

Won't Fix for 6.0-updates as there is no channel of delivery for Fuel fixes in 6.0 maintenance updates

Roman, you have to apply patch from bug #1469176 to fix this issue. I will mark this bug as duplicate since you have re-opened bug #1469176 for MOS6.0.
