Allow 'underlined character shortcuts' in menu names

Currently it is not possible to use & to create 'underlined character shortcuts' in menu names like "File", "Action", "Info", and the whiteboard menus.

2 related small bugs: the window title of the Preferences shows the &
and also the Update Check window does this.

This means that it is not possible to use mEntryLabel in any other
place than for menus.
Will fix this.

Another possibility is that you automatically remove the & in
locations where it is not needed...

That is not technically possible. Instead I added ordinary strings instead.

Don't forget to do this for the (incoming) translations.

They will be reparsed once again where any missing string will be
added with the English text. Need to remember to copy from
mPreferences to Preferences etc.
