Bug Description

rcy@kingsvale:~$ dhamma -r 89

Those whose minds are thoroughly practices in the factors of
enlightenment, who find delight in freedom from attachment in the
renunciation of clinging, free from the inflow of thoughts, they are
like shining lights, having reached final liberation in the world. 89

I believe the word 'practices' should be 'practiced'.

package updated, the above spelling correction was made.

In addition, I spell checked and split the English translations into en-US and en-GB

initial tar ball - http://bodhizazen.net/display-dhammapada/display-dhammapada-1.2-pre.tar.gz

You can test it if you wish.

First remove display-dhammapada

sudo apt-get purge display-dhammapada

Then extract the tar ball

cd display-dhammapada-1.2
make
sudo make install

remove

sudo make uninstall

new options

-R and -M for en-GB translations

I will finalize the package (testing in a few VM here, package into a .deb, submit to debian) over the next few days.

Thank you for reporting this bug, if you test and find any problem with version 1.2 go ahead and post back here rather then filing a new bug report.
