Bug Description
[Impact]
* CGManager takes 8 seconds or more for each reply
* CGManager links against dbus which attempts to open
/root/
that, and /root is sometimes ro (especially at early boot).
* The fix is to backport an upstream patch which mounts a tmpfs onto /root
[Test Case]
stop cgmanager
mount --bind /root /root
mount -o bind,remount,ro /root
start cgmanager
cgm ping <- this may be slow
(This is unfortunately not 100% reproducible)
[Regression Potential]
There should be none.
