Bug Description

On the User search page it is possible to filter users by the first letter of their first or last name. However, these links have the aria-labelledby attribute set to the label of the group, so screen readers only read out "First name" or "Last name" instead of the actual letter. This could probably be fixed just by changing the attribute to aria-describedby.

Now both the letter and its label should be read out for each link
