unsuported rsyslog option

hey,
in deployment/puppet/rsyslog/files/rsyslog_default we have currently unsupported rsyslog option "-c 5" i mean it is supported by current version of rsyslog using 5.8.6-1ubuntu8.9 but after upgrade to never then 6.3.3 (current is 8.12.0) this "-c 5" causes that rsyslog wont lunch at all.

It will be good to remove it or just remember to remove after rsyslog upgrade ;)

    removes deprecated rsyslogd -c option on newer packages.

    -c options will be deprecated after 5.8.6-1ubuntu8.9, using it
    will cause rsyslogd to not start.
