Thank you for the bug report. Could you please try to obtain a backtrace by following the instructions on [WWW] https://wiki.ubuntu.com/MozillaTeam/Bugs, or upload (as an attachment) the crash report from /var/crash/.

Also, please answer these questions:
Is this crash reproducible? If so, which are the steps that lead to it?
Which flash package do you have installed?
Which Java package do you have installed?
Which firefox extensions do you have installed?

This will greatly aid us in tracking down your problem.

---->URL:HTTP://WWW.BOL.COM.BR
---->TYPE MY USERID, MY PASSWORD, THEN OK BUTTON. AT THIS POINT, SOMETIMES, FIREFOX CLOSES ITSELF.

Thank you Paulo Albuquerque for submitting this report.

As David Portwood already requested we need some information in order to
proccess your crash report.

Could you please try to obtain a backtrace by following the instructions
on [1], or upload the crash report that probably was generated during
the crash and that should be located at /var/crash/. Please upload that
crash report at [2] because since it might be quite big it wont work as
an email attachment.

Please indicate which extensions/plugins do you have enabled, to do that
te quickest way is to upload the files 'pluginreg.dat' and
'extensions.ini'. You can find them by running in a terminal:

~$ find ~/.mozilla -name 'extensions.ini' -o -name 'pluginreg.dat'

Finally if this crash is reproducible describe the steps that lead to it
(it is very important for us to have a test case for each crash).

This will greatly aid us in tracking down your problem.

Thanks in advance.

H. Montoliu
