Cannot disable or configure migration assistant

Bug Description

In the gutsy Beta 1 Ubiquity installer, there are no options to configure the migration assistant, choose which users you would like to migrate, or disable it entirely. I have tried running launching ubiquity with the --no-migration-assistant option but it still lists my windows partition and users to migrate on the last page before install.

After performing a test installation, I found that ubiquity did not actually migrate my windows user data. So it appears that the command line option is functioning properly, and this is a case of the output produced being inconsistent with the actual behavior. I'm still puzzled about the removal of any option for this in the installer process though.

Newer changes to Ubiquity broke --no-migration-assistant, so it appears as though it alway ran, regardless of what options you used. I am, however, concerned then that migration-assistant did not work for you at all. Assuming that you are not opting to format the partition that you hope to migrate data from, can you please run the installer again using the --debug option (`ubiquity --debug` in a terminal) and attach /var/log/syslog and /var/log/installer/debug to a new bug report?

Thanks!

  [ Evan Dandrea ]
  * Remember to not use the migration-assistant dbfilter when using
    --no-migration-assistant, again (LP: #148766).
  * Update noninteractive frontend to use recent changes to FilteredCommand
    (LP: #149473).

  [ Colin Watson ]
  * Remove excessive blank lines in GDM and KDM configuration files in OEM
    mode.
  * GTK frontend:
    - Make sure the next button remains the default widget despite being
      hidden and re-shown.
  * Shell out to sed for now rather than using flaky, complicated, and above
    all incorrect code to edit gdm.conf and kdmrc for autologin in OEM mode
    (LP: #149985).
  * Update translations from Rosetta.
  * Automatic update of included source packages: user-setup 1.14ubuntu4.
