Bug Description

The branch on https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/1312308 left a few references to script-based circulation in OpenILS::Application::Circ::Circulate. These include the script_runner member of the Circulator object, and some code references to it.

The branch below removes these references.

There isn't a good way to test this other than to apply the branch to a test system and see that circulation still works.

Tested various circ operations. All is well. Merged to master.
