Bug Description
Binary package hint: apport
ui_info_message and ui_error_message need the same "weirdness", as _(), namely that the string gets passed as unicode string.
Currently, you'll get the messagebox from the attached screenshot, if apport finds out that the system isn't uptodate (the first box is without LANG=C, the second one is).
I'll attach a debdiff to fix this, by converting the utf8 bytestrings title and text to unicode strings, when passing them to QMessageBox.
