"Software Packages Volume Detected" window is not localized

Bug Description

When a drive containing packages - for example a bootable Ubuntu pendrive - is inserted, a window appears that is not localized, even if it's strings are extracted correctly into the po files.

This is because the main() function does not contain the necessary bindtextdomain &co calls.

This bug was fixed in the package update-notifier - 3.162

  * Initialize l10n for the distro-cd-updater and system crash notification
