Bug Description

One display turns off when both outputs are set to 1920x1080@60.0. They both still work separately on that rate.
Forcing the one to "1920x1080@59.9" is functioning as a work-around.

The good kernel version was linux_3.19.0-21.21.
This Problem occurred in kernel linux_3.19.0-22.22 and linux_3.19.0-23.24.

GPU is: Radeon HD 6670 using the radeon open source driver.

Since the regression started in 3.19.0-22.22 (https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/3.19.0-22.22), it looks like its a stable update regression. I noticed in the upstream stable 3.18.18 release a few radeon commits were reverted that we haven't reverted yet

Revert "drm/radeon: don't share plls if monitors differ in audio support"
Revert "drm/radeon: adjust pll when audio is not enabled"

Would it be possible for you to test the latest upstream stable kernel? Refer to https://wiki.ubuntu.com/KernelMainlineBuilds . Please test the latest v3.19 stable kernel[0].

If this bug is fixed in the mainline kernel, please add the following tag 'kernel-fixed-upstream'.

If the mainline kernel does not fix this bug, please add the tag: 'kernel-bug-exists-upstream'.

If you are unable to test the mainline kernel, for example it will not boot, please add the tag: 'kernel-unable-to-test-upstream'.
Once testing of the upstream kernel is complete, please mark this bug as "Confirmed".

Thanks in advance.
