A response object is not created in cadf event for 500 errors. It comes back with a unknown outcome without any status code

this is valid for both. audit middleware and stable/juno pycadf middleware

the basic issue is we don't audit errors (or not fully), we just raise them. https://github.com/openstack/keystonemiddleware/blob/master/keystonemiddleware/audit.py#L427-L429
