local_create_emulator chowns with group name same as user name

Bug Description
When creating a new device emulator, the local_create_
chown ${WHOAMI}:${WHOAMI} ${EMULATOR_PATH} -R
In my company, however, all employees belong to an "employee" group and so this fails and chown aborts. It should use the user's group instead.
